Documents:
1. Visa Application form (available at the consular Department) filed in and duly signed. The form
should be typed or written legibly.
2. Questionnaire Form: (available at the Consular Department). In case of application for tourist
visa, be ready to provide detailed information about:
Inviting organization.
Payment for Tourist services & Hotel Accommodation.
Itinerary of Travels including addresses of proposed accommodation.
Dates of the previous Travel to Russia.
Travel Documents (Out & Return Airline Tickets) please, take into account that all documents
are to be submitted to the consular Dept. 30 days prior the Tourist Travel. Therefore, Tourist
Voucher should have valid dates.
3. Valid passport and photocopy of passport pages 2-3.
4. Original Invitation for Entry from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation and its
copy. The Invitation is to be arranged in the Russian Federation by inviting person, Business
partner or Education institution. Copies are disregarded. Those who intend to visit Russia for
Tourist Purpose should submit originals of Tourist Voucher and Confirmation for Receiving of
Foreign Tourist.
5. One passport size photo of Applicant. The photo should be colored, preferably on matte paper.
6. Original Air Ticket or Booking Confirmation receipt and there copies.
7. Medical fitness Certificate and its copy.
8. Coved Certificate.
