Documents:
1. Original passport With Validity Last 6 Month.
2. One Schengen (1) Application Form.
3. Personal bank statement of last 6 months. Per person at list BDT 8, 00,000/- With Bank
Solvency Certificate.
4. Recent 2 copies of photo size (35mm x 45mm) photo. Background must be white color.
5. Cover Letter From the applicant.
6. A copy of flight bookings for the entire.
7. Hotel confirmation from Spain.
8. Proof of travel insurance (original & photocopy).
9. All the documents that the Applicant may consider appropriate in order to show.
10. Original Bank Statement (Personal) for the last 6 months which should be updated.
11. Birth Certificate or Student ID card Copy for Child / Infant.
12. Income Tax Returns (translated into English) for the last one year.
13. Salary slips for the last 6 months & Leave letter from the Applicants Employer.
14. Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization in Bangladesh or Memorandum &
articles of association or Trade license English translate copy (if applicable).
15. Applicants who are applying with their families have to submit the proof of relation with the
principal applicant. For example, if he/she is spouse then Marriage certificate.
16. In case a minor (under 18 years) is not accompanied by both parents, a no objection letter
from the parents not travelling must be submitted. For Minor (under 18 years), the application
from must be signed by both the parents. Photocopies of passports/ID cards of both the parents
must be attached to the Application.
17. Coved Certificate.
