Submission place: You have to submit your application to the Cathay Pacific
office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Submission Time: From 9am-2pm. (From Sunday to Thursday)
Visa Delivery Time: Office hours 9am-2pm. (Sat-Thu)
Interview: Personal Interview is not mandatory.
Visa Processing Time: Minimum 6/7 Weeks. (We will inform you over the
phone if received earlier).
Visa Processing Cost (Nonrefundable)
1) Embassy Fees…4,500 Tk. (Changeable)
2) Our service Charge….5, 000Tk (You have to take package)
Total Cost = 9,500Tk.
Necessary Documents:
1. Application form must be signed by the applicant.
2. Clear photocopy of the passport 2 sets (including all visas and
endorsements). If there is no visa in passport, please submit photocopy of
the full passport. (Original Passport must be shown at the time of submitting
visa application).
3. Authority letter (Must be signed by the applicant).
4. Forwarding letter mentioning with purpose, plan & detail itinerary (e.g.
plan to visit 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day etc. Heading to- The Director of
Immigration, Immigration Department, Hong Kong).

5. Flight arrangement (PNR).
6. One recent Photograph (55mmx45mm &Not smaller than 50mmx40mm).
7. Marriage certificate in English with notary. (If traveling with spouse).
8. Student identity card copy and leave letter/holiday list. (If children
traveling with parent).
9. For the employee- Employment certificate mentioning with joining date,
designation, salary (salary slip if applicable), leave letter, Proof of
accommodation arrangement (Hotel Booking) in Hong Kong.
10. Bank statement of at least last three months with solvency certificate
(updated; Company + Personal).
11. Company Registration Certificate (Trade License) in English with Notary
and Memorandum of articles (for Limited company).
12. Latest TIN certificate in English with Notary (Company + Personal).
13. The proof to show the Bangladeshi Company is actively running. (E.g.
invoice, cash memo, brochure, leaflet, company profile etc.)
14. Proof of business in Hong Kong of previous visits. (If applicable) e.g.
invoice, L/C copy, etc.
15. An invitation letter from the fair organizer. (Only for TRADE FAIR)
16. Applicant may be required to submit proof of relationship (e.g. photo).
(Only for Social Visit).
17. Coved certificate.
Terms & Conditions: A confirmed air ticket on Dragon Air/ Cathay Pacific
Airways issued from Bangladesh must be produced at the time of Visa
collection from KA/CX office. Or this ticket will be non-refundable upon
delivery of the visa. Or this ticket must be issued at least one day prior to the
visa collection from KA/CX office.

children (if necessary)e) Documents of properties f) Blue book photocopy of
car( if any.) g)Documents of other income (if any) h)All Documents of
financial solvency. Like FDR/share business/other saving /security
